Due to the enactment of a new pension law in the Netherlands, everyone will receive a new pension scheme, including everyone who works or has worked at Shell.
Shell has two pension funds: SSPF and SNPS. The SNPS scheme is more recent and already largely complies with the new Pensions Act (Wtp) in The Netherlands. If you started working at Shell on or after 1 July 2013, many things will remain the same. For SSPF, more will change.
How much your pension plan will change will depend on your situation, but this is still unknown. On this website, you will receive updates on when the changes and implementations are expected to take effect. With Shell Pension’s CARE program, we will guide you through your new pension plan step-by-step via emails, webinars, meetings and if needed, personal assistance.
